ICC Champions Trophy 2013

                World Champion Team India is playing nearest to their potential in England.They have won all the 4 matches convincingly.Lots of credit has to be given to practice games arranged prior to ICC Champions Trophy.It helped a lot to get accustomed to pace and bounce of the wicket for batsmen and to assess which length to bowl for bowlers.I hope such practice matches will be arranged by ICC in upcoming ICC tournaments also.

                India found great opening batsmen in the form of Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma who always gave India solid opening stand.They have played crucial role in India's progress in the tournament.Rohit who was not playing to his potential in middle order is playing really well at the top.but he disappointed many of his fans when he threw his wicket against Sri lanka when there was absolutely no need to play such reckless stroke.He should understand the value of his wicket and should not give opponents door to snick in.Both of them has bright future ahead of them.Ravindra Jadeja is also becoming an integral part of the side with his alround performance.whole Indian team is playing exceptional cricket in all three departments of the game.

            I wonder why Yuvraj Singh and Cheteshwar Pujara are not part of Indian 15 members squad? Ishwar Pande and Mohit sharma can also be considered after their Domestic performances.

               India is facing England in finals and it will be interesting battle between the two sides who deserved their place in finals.England has very good bowling attack and Cook,Bell,Trott are very good batsmen.Moreover they are playing in their home conditions.

               I hope India wins ICC Champions Trophy 2013 on sunday. 

WHO WILL WIN IPL 6 IN 2013?

        I think there are 4 teams who stand tall in IPL 6:

 

                                              1.Chennai Superkings

                                              2 Mumbai Indians

                                              3.Rajastan Royals

                                              4.Royal Challengers Bangalore

1.   Chennai team is mainly dependent on their batsman to win games for them and most of the time they       delivered.They lack bowlers who can ball in last overs economically.That is the only worry for them.They have got great captain M.S.Dhoni who leads from the front and delivers when it matters the most.

2. Mumbai Indians does have very good bowling but they lack batsman who can give them good start.Sachin and Ponting have failed in this IPL.Rohit is playing well but still they are good all round side.

3.   Though Dravid is considered as Defensive tactician he has handled his resources well and Shane watson with his powerful hitting is a ray of hope for Rajasthan Royals.

4   .Royal Challengers Bangalore is a dangerous team and has the capacity to clinch the title.It has explosive opener Chris Gayle who is a great match winner and they also have Virat and AB Diviliers.That is formidable side with good bowling and has very good chance.

Chennai or Bangalore are the favourites to win this IPL 6 in 2013

Suggested Playing Eleven for Team India for One day format in 2013

                            After loosing to Aus,Eng,Pak now its time to look ahead and build new team which can win 2015 World Cup.I can not understand if Dravid could play in both tests and ODIS then why Pujara is not given chance in one dayers.He has every shot in his book and he brings stability to Indian Cricket Team.Where is Shrisant who has best seam position the bowler can have.M.P fast bowler Ishwar is very good bowler too.Where is R.P.Singh?No one talks about him.He is very good bowler alongwith Pravin Kumar,Irfan Pathan,Umesh Yadav,Bhuvneshwar Kumar.

                          Our openers are failing miserably and I think Ajinkya Rahane and Pujara can open for India in ODI now onwards if given a chance.Murali Vijay is far ahead of Current openers.Indian Coach Dunken Fletcher should be sacked immediately.It is not proper to say that we will not renew his contract;why we should bear him for that long?.From the time he became coach of Indian Cricket Team we are loosing one series after the another.

                          Our Ranji Cricket standards should be raised and it should be made comulsory for Indian cricketers to play in it if they are not playing any international matches.If they can play IPL then why not Domestic Cricket?

                           If our batting is our strength then why we strengthen our batting further by playing 7 batsmen.It is beyond imagination.I hardly saw number 7 batsman winning match for India.Its always good to play 5 specialist bowlers or 4 specialist bowlers and 1 all rounder like Irfan Pathan.It gives choice to the captain if any bowler has off day then he can throw the bowl to another specialist bowler.

                         Playing 11 should be picked from the 15 members below at least today.If any new talent is spotted by our selectors then it will be very good for Indian Cricket.

BEST CHANCE FOR INDIA TO WIN TEST & ODI SERIES IN AUSTRALIA

            World Champions are ready for the tough Australian tour.Fortunately from Indian point of view most of the key players are fit.Now Australia will face the music if Indian batting line up clicks.There is no one in Aus team apart from ponting who can give headache to Indians.Ponting was also not in the best of forms of late.He is not a captain too.There is added pressure on Ponting and Hussy to perform otherwise they will lose their place in the team.One must give credit to BCCI for sending some players early in Aus so that they got accustomed to the pace and bounce in the wicket.India though has strong batting line up but still it is upto Viru and Gauti to give India solid start.I am sure Sahewag will be the man to watch out for along with Very Very Special Laxman & How can one forget the best in the business i.e Sachin Tendukar (Masterblaster) this may be the last tour of Indias FAB4 but you never know about them.With increasing age their hunger for runs is also increasing and that is good sign for India.

           There is not much to talk about Australian bowling as there is no quality spinner and also the fasters are inexperienced.but the only thing goes in their favour is they know their conditions better than Indians.It will not be as easy as it seems to be because Aussies play hard cricket and I hope they play fair cricket this time around unlike past tour.I can see that both teams will play in the right spirit as there is no Symonds,Bhajji,Srisant and there is change in the leadership.

          Indian bowling seems good with Zaheer leading the attack with young Umesh Yadav who looked promissing and fit;still he has a long way to go.But I hope he does not reduce his pace in the coming months like other Indian bowlers.Ishant Sharma does not bowl fast neither he swings the bowl nor he hits the dake hard to bounce the ball to the throat of the batsman.He once said in an interview that he himself does not know which way the ball is going to swing then how can the batsman guess.I hope he had not said it seriously.The chances will have to be taken as and when they come and those batsmen who get setteled down should continue the good work as long as possible and should play session by session.

          Clearly Indians are favourates to win the battle if they play to their potential.

Greatest Cricketer Ever -Sachin Tendulkar Completes His 50 Test Hundreds

           Sachin Tendulkar adds another feather in his cap by completing his 50th test hundred against SA. He has achieved many achievements in his glorious career of almost 21 years and is still going strong. This was special century for this great man as it came on his father`s birthday. Sachin earlier completed first ever Double hundred in ODI this year. This super man from India has almost every record in his book.

           The great thing about Sachin Tendulkar is that after achieving great success in his glittering career he is still very modest person and is very focussed.He has certainly managed to control all the temptations which may cause obstacles in the road to success. One of the great examples of it was seen recently when Great Sachin rejected to feature in an advertisement of famous liquor brand and rejected lucrative offer and he kept his promise given by him to his father of not promoting any products which are harmful to the society. 

            Sachin believes in giving 100% effort and the rest automatically comes. Some of his critics say that Sachin plays for records. But it is not true at all. Sachin plays for India and as sachin said that whatever he has achieved is a reflection of what he has done for so many years. Sachin is complete team man.  

           Sachin has contributed a lot not only to Indian cricket but also for cricket as a whole. We all Indians have already given Bharat Ratna to this great man called Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar. It is my sincere request to the Indian Govt to give Sachin Tendulkar Bharat Ratna because he really deserves it.

          Now we all are waiting to celebrate Sachin`s 100th century in international cricket.Enjoy master blaster`s heroics.
